In this week’s blog, we are going to look at how you can leverage the tools within Curbza to safely profit from all your unwanted jewelry.

Getting Started

The first thing you’ll need to do is sort out what jewelry you want to sell. One good idea is to sort items into piles by type. A pile of rings, necklaces, chains, and earrings. Once you have everything sorted, open Curbza on your smartphone and create an inventory by creating ads, taking good photos of each item. We suggest using a light box for better photos. See our earlier blog that talks about light boxes. To save time, you can take a few pictures of each pile then mark the number of items using the ‘stock’ feature found when first creating an ad. When you finish creating your ads, stash them in your inventory.

Safety First

Selling jewelry online can be a dangerous affair. We have seen the news articles about people selling jewelry online and being scammed by fraudsters. We thought about this when designing Curbza and believe we have made a safer way to sell items online, a way where you can be selective as to who will view your ads. We allow users to create their own personal and private networks.

Exclusive to Members

The private network function in Curbza is simple to use and easy to create. It allows you to pre-screen users that want to join your network. Once a person becomes a member of your network, they can explore your Curbza store. Once you have your private network online, you can move ads from your stashed inventory right to your private network. When complete, spread the word of your store by sharing an ad on Facebook asking people to join your network. It’s that easy.
